ParticipantHi!
Since some of the lab work is recommended to be done via the website (and the most easy access to it is via a laptop or a desktop PC), it will be very useful if there will be a way to use SCiO also with a PC software for connecting with the SCiO.
This can be done with a simple bluetooth 4.0 adapter.
This will just add an option to the already existing options for using SCiO on the field.
Thanks!

ParticipantThat is a great proposal!!
Especially in the case of developing models, where a great number of scans is required, and the work is done with the GUI in a pc (if I understand it correctly). It would be very helpful to scan the samples and the results go straight to the SDK.

ParticipantAre there any planes to create such option?
I’d be happy if an official company employee would answer.
Thanks

Igor NOVICKSpectatorGREAT IDEA, INDEED.. 🙂
I would admire so much to get to the SCIO LAB and other SCiO applications via Windows 7 / 8 / on laptop machine.
Making the many calibration models needs Windows7 most popular OS plus a PC 15″ Screen Format rather than smartphone small screen.

ParticipantTo continue this topic, Windows 10 have it’s own app shop.
Is there any plans to release it to windows 10 users?
There are more and more tablets running windows 10 those days.
Thanks.

AyeletKeymasterHi Ori,
This is great idea for SCiO’s next versions.
I’ll transfer your suggestion to our product manager for prioritization.
